These are photographs from the Outdoor Service of July 5, 2020.  This service was our first since the suspension due to the COVID-19 virus.  We met at 9 AM in the Outdoor Chapel, which can be accessed by the pathway that starts at the far end of the parish hall near the playground.  In addition to being outdoors, the service incorporated a number of other personal protection measures to include the mandatory wear of masks, social distancing by family group, no communal singing of hymns, a waved “passing of the peace,” individual wafers for communion without wine, and available hand sanitizer.  I believe everyone found this event to be quite satisfying from both spiritual and public health perspectives, and the plan is to do this each Sunday the weather allows.  Should a decision be made to not hold a service given the forecast or some change in the COVID-19 situation, you will hopefully see a note at the top of the Home page of this web site.  Jay Seward
