Christian education is an integral part of living a life through Christ. Our Christian formation begins with curriculum-based classes at age 3 and continues through high school, as well a multitude of adult classes.
For 2016 – 2017, our Sunday School Classes run from 9:30 – 10:15 am each Sunday. There’s a place for everyone in Christian formation:
Ages 3, 4 & 5, taught by Kim Scollon & Sue Copeland in Room 118
Grades 1 & 2, taught by Cynthia Dickerson & Richard Broad in Room 117
Grades 3, 4, & 5, taught by Marty Owen in Room 116
Grades 6, 7 & 8, taught by Janice Bryan in the Jr. High Room, 2nd Floor
Grades 9, 10, 11, & 12, taught by Cheri Beesburg in the Sr. High Room, 2nd Floor
Adults, taught by Carl Lundgren, Terry Burnett and John Carpenter in the Seekers’ Classroom. This fall, the class is based on the book We Make the Road by Walking by Brian McLaren.
Our nursery is open to all infants and toddlers on Sunday mornings as well for other church activities. The nursery is staffed with experienced professionals.
Other opportunities for Christian education include summer Vacation Bible School, Adult Bible Studies, Lenten Wednesday evening programs, Spiritual Gifts workshops, Cursillo, Discovery weekends and more.
